We take your privacy seriously and do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Mediators: Information you share through our Platform is accessible to your assigned mediator to facilitate the dispute resolution process.
  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Platform, such as hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
